Really happy with the new 古筝 🙂 It has a warmer tone which is really good for studio recording and also the darker finish just looks great! Build quality seems really solid. The guzheng came with everything I needed to get started out of the box including 2 sets of picks, tape, tuner and even a small set of spare strings for #1-5.
Beyond that, the shipping was quick, customer service was extremely responsive and gladly answered all of my questions thoroughly. Highly recommend buying a guzheng from this site. Thanks to the team at The Guzheng Shop!

I love my guzheng. I have had it for about 6 months, and very enjoy using it. I happened to live in Irvine, so I had the chance to come pick it up. It was very beautiful. The guzheng came with the stands, tuner, tape, and 5 extra strings (1 – 5).
They also offer guzheng class for beginners there. I have been taking the lessons since November, and highly recommend them for buying a guzheng or taking guzheng lesson.
