I just recently purchased this model as my first guzheng. It came in two packages, one large box containing the guzheng and a smaller box containing the guzheng stand; they were both very well packaged, and there were no damages upon arrival.
The seller was very quick to respond to my emails, and the guzheng was shipped and arrived within a week and a half of purchase.
